Full color envelopes are printed flat with full bleed, then cut, converted, and glued. This allows you to customize the inside and outside of your envelopes and add full-color flaps and panels.
  • Please note that there is possibility of up to 1/16" shift on the envelope die cuts.
  • We offer 70 lb. Opaque Smooth White paper for both envelopes and letterheads for a matching and professional stationery package. This bright white, uncoated paper is compatible with Laser and Inkjet printers.
  • We do not recommend using dark, high-density colors (black, purple, blue, brown, etc.). Dark colors tend to get soaked into the paper if their color values are too high, and may cause offsetting. For best results, use lighter colors.
  • Please refer to our downloadable templates to ensure you have the proper bleed. Please leave the No Ink Zones blank, as glue will be applied to these areas.

Instant Online Proof: An instant proof will be available for you to review and approve. If you select this option, you must check your files for errors, as GPEPrint will not provide you with additional proof.

Manually Processed, PDF Proof:
24 - 72 Hours (Excluding Weekends and Holidays). We will check your files and ensure they have the correct file specifications. If we find any problems with your files, we'll contact you, otherwise you'll receive a link to your PROOF to review within 3 business days.

Note: Prices include processing one set of uploaded files and creating a single proof. You can view the status of your order online 24/7 under "My Account."

If you have submitted a CD of your files, the proof turnaround will begin after we have received your CD. In addition, for all orders during the holiday season, we will be extending our proof turnaround time by 1 business day. Files not built correctly may delay the order.
Once we get your request, we will send you a quote. If you accept the quote we will send you payment before activating your print project.

Shipping Fees associated with the order will be extra. NO NEED TO WORRY! Our printer has the LOWEST UPS & FED EX SHIPPING FEES in the U.S. Market due to the high volume of printing they do. All orders are shipped directly to members' home or business addresses. A final price will be emailed with a payment button so you can make a secure PayPal payment. A PayPal account is not mandatory. You have the option of paying with a credit/debit card. Once payment is made the order will be sent to print "as is" and then shipping. Our turnaround is normally 5-7 business days.
